Synopsis:
Conman Ruhaan, masquerading as a ghostbuster named Rooh Baba (Kartik Aaryan), finds himself caught in a dangerous web of dark forces in a haunted mansion. With his wit and survival skills put to the test, Ruhaan faces not one, but two sinister entities in this spooky adventure.
Story:
Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 continues the franchise’s tradition of blending humor and horror in a thrilling manner. This time, the century-old mansion owned by a royal family is cursed by the spirit of Manjulika, making it impossible to restore and sell. Enter Ruhaan (Kartik Aaryan), the fraudster ghostbuster, who is hired to deal with the paranormal forces. Kartik Aaryan once again steals the spotlight with his charismatic portrayal of Ruhaan/Rooh Baba. His impeccable comic timing and charming presence elevate the film, making it a true Kartik Aaryan show. However, the film’s standout performances come from the iconic Vidya Balan and Madhuri Dixit. Vidya, returning as Manjulika after a long hiatus, shows why she is unmatched in intensity, while Madhuri’s graceful dance moves in the iconic Ami Je Tomar are mesmerizing. Their dynamic creates a stunning contrast of fire and ice, making their scenes unforgettable.
The surprise twist in the climax gives the film a refreshing depth, turning it into more than just a typical horror comedy. While the pacing could have been tighter, especially during a few slower stretches, the film’s production quality stands out.
